I’ve spent the last two years of my life accumulating absolutely as much live music as I could get my hands on. 85% of this has been from a little band commonly known as the Grateful Dead which I refer to as the absoluteconsumersofyoursoul. But I also managed to collect a few other shows along the way. I hope to share some of those with you here at the Lounge.

I always knew Mark Knopfler was considered one of the top rock guitarists, but I was to young to catch Dire Straits live. So little did I know that Dire Straits put on a formidable live show with a very capable Knopfler at the helm. Recorded just two months before the legendary shows that comprise the Alchemy Live album, this show captures a band on the brink of international super stardom.
